Maya AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free tier includes basic glucose tracking and limited AI insights
• Premium subscriptions provide full AI predictions and advanced features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately suspended
• Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
• You may request data deletion subject to legal requirements
• Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
